✔️Every new Air Conditioner comes with a new and compatible thermostat for the unit.

While it may seem thrifty to reuse existing thermostats for new air conditioners, doing so risks poor temperature control and long-term damage to the installation. Even moreso if several decades have elapsed between A.C. units.

✔️The Air Handler for every new A.C. install will be accompanied by a new drain pan.

✔️These straps protect your Air Conditioner from Hurricane-force winds.

✔️J Air Conditioning installs two float switches on every air handler.

One float switch will be connected right into the unit, to shut off the unit if it fills up with water and prevent damage.

The other float switch will be connected to the drain pan underneath the unit, and will shut off the unit if the drain pan gets full. This serves as a backup for the first float switch.

✔️Your unit will have sufficient power.

✔️Your A.C. unit will be at least 6 inches off the ground.

Florida gets a lot of heavy rain storms. By increasing the elevation of your unit, it's significantly less likely that your A.C. unit will be sitting in standing water, which reduces the risk of water damage to your air conditioner.

✔️Copper and drain lines that run through walls will be protected with a Titan Outlet.

In addition to a cleaner aesthetic, Titan Outlets will protect your wall's filling foam from moisture and erosion.

✔️We always disinfect the ducts after start-up on new units.

This helps clear out the existing duct work to ensure you get clean air out of your HVAC system.

✔️We always clean drain lines out upon new installs.

The most common post-install service call is a backed up drain line. We clean drain lines out upon completion of our install services to prevent disruptions to your new HVAC system.

✔️Surge protection is included for outside units at no extra cost.

We always include surge protection for outside units to prevent damage from electrical surges (e.g. lightning striking the building). Should this happen, the surge protector will absorb the damage instead of your A.C. unit.

Air handlers are dark and damp. The UV bulb helps clean the air and prevent growth of any bacteria or mold within your system.

Sensi™ Predict uses multiple sensors hooked up to your unit to monitor its performance.

Sensi™ Predict will alert you and us via email if a component fails so we already know the problem when we arrive to service your system.

✔️We always take ceiling height into consideration.

By tradition, square footage calculations assume a standard ceiling height for every room. In practice, failing to take tall ceilings into consideration during install leads to poor performance and improper cooling.

✔️We use extra long support straddles.

This keeps the flex duct running as smooth as possible.
